Some handrails missing white paint, one grab iron at front is cracked and one on roof has a bit of excess glue where it was re-attached, windshield wipers are missing. Otherwise in good condition, no obvious marks. Basic DCC/sound has been installed (does not work on DC as presently configured), runs well both directions, some noise but some lubrication will probably help. Metal knuckle couplers. Front & rear lights working plus front ditch lights that flash with horn. Includes original packaging and decoder paperwork.
