Description:
The task of loading Seawheel containers at their dedicated loading dock was entrusted to the powerful tractor units made by Magirus-Deutz. The last square hood generation made sure that the Seawheel containers arrived in time at the destination from which they embarked on their journey overseas. Whether they were needed for the 20-foot or the 40-foot version, road trains became the transporters of choice in container ports on the heels of the container logistics boom in the seventies. This time, the WIKING model pulls a semi-trailer carrying a classic 20-foot steel container and a 20-foot open top box.

Dark agate grey driver’s cab and rear fenders, interior with steering wheel basalt grey. Chassis with cardan part and wheel rims carmine red, silver fifth wheel plate. Radiator grille imprinted red with silver Magirus-Deutz lettering and logo. Silver door handles, outer edges of fenders and step edges imprinted black-grey. Tail lights imprinted carmine red.
