Description:
WIKING founder Fritz Peltzer initially regarded it as a vehicle with fit-for-purpose usefulness, but then it evolved into love at first sight. Model rail roaders have held the electric cart dear to their hearts for decades. In its heyday, this beast of burden made by Still easily ranked among the most commonly found vehicles on German model railway layouts that mimicked the busy activity on the platform of the former Deutsche Bahn. This popularity was owed not least to the high level of model detail. Back in the day, the Still electric cart was put to work at the DB and in industrial companies, and with its two trailers, the three-part team looks as authentic now as it did when WIKING fans first came to appreciate it in the 1960s. While undoubtedly unimposing, the Still electric cart surely deserves its place among all unforgettable 1:87-scale classics that are enjoying quiet adoration from collectors to this day. After revitalising its moulds, WIKING treated the tractive unit to not just one, but two trailers.

Upper and lower part of tractor unit in green blue, trailer chassis with swing axle in green blue, grey flatbed floor with board look glued on. Steering wheel in black, tow hook in green blue. Draw-bar made of metal. Headlamps hand-painted in silver plus three black stripes and โ€œStillโ€ lettering in silver.
