This kit symbolizes the typical GDR architecture of a semi-detached house, type EW 65. Even today you can see many of these buildings in East Germany. 
In the model, the typical details are perfectly reproduced: plastered facade in typical GDR color shade. Doors, windows, and window frames made of real wood. Staircase with prototypical canopy. Roof with chimneys, roof hatches, and walkways for the chimney sweep, as well as delicate gutters and downpipes. Can be illuminated with Busch LEDs 5998.
