Opel undoubtedly managed to live up to this bold claim. Any driver who chose the Berlinetta version of the Manta B can attest to this, as they enjoyed the privilege of receiving the most exclusive amenities. The interior largely matched the paint of the car with a tone-on-tone colour scheme. The orange colour option chosen by WIKING was one of the most popular designs of the Manta B in its Flower Power heydays. Produced between 1975 and 1988, the coupé’s performance ranged from 55 to 110 hp - or, from sedate to sporty. Sporting two horizontal cooling air openings, the body forms the harmoniously coherent Manta front that was to become the signature characteristic of this sports coupé. WIKING has designed the unmistakable rectangular headlamps as inserts and enhanced the interior with a separate steering wheel.
