After the war, the real-life Magirus round hood provided for reliable distribution transport, a service to which the Hamburg forwarder had already dedicated themselves in the pre-war years. Founded in 1931, the logistics company is one of the oldest companies in the Hanseatic city and has maintained an illustrious vehicle pool of large truck brands. With 90 years of experience in haulage and logistics, the Hanseatic company deems themselves an expert – whether it comes to transporting groupage goods, containers, dangerous goods or refrigerated products. In 1977, it was the well-known Scania 111 LB which brought a new face to the WIKING range. After the Henschel HS 14/16 and the MAN Pausbacke as a box semi-trailer most recently served as reminders of the Hamburg forwarding company in its heyday, this round hood now makes this quartet popular WIKING semi-trailer models complete!
