The mighty bonnet truck made by Kaelble found its way from the Backnang truck production facility to the yards of many construction and transport companies, which held these largest of the Kaelble powerhouses in particularly great esteem. When it came to performance and horsepower, Kaelble remained the go-to supplier for many decades – also on the international market. What is more, Kaelble enjoyed somewhat of an unchallenged position in the tractor unit sector. Its dazzling size alone was enough to captivate anyone laying eyes on the real-life brother of the Kaelble KDV 22Z. The imposing bonnet with the proudly displayed 300 hp lettering made the viewer look up in awe.
