WIKING have known the Magirus tanker with its bright orange paint and the bold Klöckner letters for decades. After all, WIKING was once commissioned to produce an advertising model for the heating oil supplier in their model workshops. Now, this model is joined by a second vehicle, which is also perfectly true to the original. Featuring the same colour scheme and originating from the same company, the Magirus cab-over-engine rolls into the product selection and comes with a prototypical demountable tank on the flatbed, which was quite common in the sixties and seventies. WIKING has now turned the cab-over-engine flatbed into a heating oil tanker. And, naturally, the front of driver's cab is adorned by the Ulm Minster silhouette that identifies the Magirus brand.

Radiator grille with frame and grille bars imprinted bright ivory. Seats basalt grey. Magirus logo along with Deutz lettering imprinted silver. Cab indicators red orange, tail lights carmine red. Oil tank imprint with black Klöckner logo and “Klöckner Heizöl” lettering. Headlamps hand-painted.
